Delivery times are counted from the time we verify payment of your purchase

 

Lima: within 7 business days after payment verification. In a state of emergency, it could take longer.

Province: within 15 business days after payment verification. We reach all Peruvian territory.  In a state of emergency, it could take longer.

Foreign: within 30 business days after payment verification. In a state of emergency, it could take longer.

 

You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details no more than one business day after your order is placed. In case you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please send us a message to the following e-mail address: sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM

In case you want to pick up your order personally, you can contact us at sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM and we will indicate the pick-up address, in Lima-Peru.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

You can use the following payment methods through our PayU payment gateway: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

In the event that PayU rejects your card, check that:

The card is not expired

Your card’s credit limit has not been reached.

The requested information has been correctly inserted

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, card data is only entered on a payment gateway ownership page and transmitted in encrypted form. TEXTILERIA URBANA ROBROZAM S.A.C. will only be aware of the outcome of the operation and do not have access to any card data that is used for purchase.

 

ORDERS AND PRODUCTS

 

What should I do if I get a defective item?

TEXTILERIA URBANA ROBROZAM S.A.C. only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product with any imperfections, we ask you to contact us by sending an e-mail to sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM and we will solve the inconvenience in the shortest possible time.

 

What should I do if I get the wrong product?

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, please contact us immediately by sending us an e-mail to sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM and we will fix as soon as possible

 

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose nationally and internationally.

 

Can the delivery city be different from the purchase city?

Changes

We do not accept returns, only exchanges.

 

Lima – Other States – International

– For purchases made on SIDESTREETWEAR.COM changes may be made by size during the first five (5) calendar days after receipt of the product.

– To make effective the right to change, it is essential that the product(s) are in perfect condition, without signs of use, has the original labels and packaging and the documents with which it was delivered.

– Product changes will be subject to existing stock and an evaluation within a maximum period of 7 working days. In case there is no stock of the product, you may opt for another product of equal value, higher value (assuming the difference), or lower value (no refund or balance in favor).

– Changes do not apply to products purchased in promotion, offer or liquidation, unless there is a production failure. If such a situation is presented, customers must contact us immediately by sending us an e-mail to sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM, with a maximum period of 12 hours after receiving the garments. The change will be subject to evaluation.

– The change process can only be performed once. A change cannot be managed in a second instance and will not proceed with the refund of money.

– Customers who paid an initial shipping cost will not be exposed to another shipping charge only in cases of changes by mistake of clothing or size on the part of our company. Otherwise, the shipping cost for changes will be borne by customers.

 

Other States – International

– Customers who made their purchases in the province, must ship their products with our Courier completely sealed and packed

– All products go through strict quality control, in order to detect possible damage or defects, before being shipped. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and send us an image of it. For more information or questions please write to us at sales@SIDESTREETWEAR.COM

– Be sure to comply with the policies set out above. Please note that the product must not show signs of use. Any changes will be subject to evaluation.

– TEXTILERIA URBANA ROBROZAM S.A.C. you may reject the request for change of the product if the breach of the conditions described in this document is detected
